Are you an experienced Building Services professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, is seeking a Building Services Director to lead their team in Cambridgeshire.
The Role:
You will manage and grow the Building Services team, driving project delivery, client relationships, and business development. Your focus will be on building strong connections within the Cambridge market and ensuring technical excellence across mechanical and/or electrical engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the Cambridge Building Services team

Oversee project delivery with high technical standards and accuracy
-
Build and maintain client relationships, driving business growth and fee generation
-
Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with wider business strategy
-
Mentor and support team members through coaching, training, and CPD
What We Are Looking For:
-
Strong track record in business development, particularly within Cambridgeshire
-
Proven experience managing and leading a technical team
-
MSc in Building Services or equivalent, with CEng status (CIBSE/IMechE)

Comprehensive CPD in relevant areas

Full clean driving licence and access to transport
