The Role:
Are you a results-driven Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex telecoms or IT projects in fast-paced environments?
Our client is seeking a highly capable and delivery-focused Project Manager to take ownership of complex telecoms and IT projects within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where strong leadership, accountability and high-quality delivery are essential to success.
The successful candidate will confidently manage multiple concurrent projects, act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and drive performance across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll bring a proactive, commercially aware mindset and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction from initial scope through to final delivery.
Requirements:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of telecoms and IT projects
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and delivery methodologies
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Logistics, Finance, and external suppliers
- Owning budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Managing risks, dependencies, and change control processes
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Providing clear, accurate reporting and progress updates to stakeholders
- Building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering telecoms, IT or infrastructure projects
- Strong project planning and scheduling capabilities across multiple workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness including cost control, forecasting and change management
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing suppliers
- A structured, organised approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Qualifications:
- Project Management certification (e.g. APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent)
