Do you thrive on opening new markets, winning big international accounts and leading from the front? This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of fast-growing international regions within a highly successful licensed consumer products business supplying major retailers and distributors across EMEA and LATAM.
Following 35% year-on-year growth and a fully paid bonus year across the business, we are now looking for a commercially, credible International Sales Manager to drive the next phase of expansion.
This is a senior, high-impact role with real autonomy. You will own international sales performance across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and LATAM, while leading and developing a UK-based international sales team.
You will be equally comfortable winning new business, building distributors, negotiating at senior level and coaching a team to outperform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being close to the deal.
