Location: Milton Keynes (Remote with regular site visits)
Salary: £30,000 + Vehicle + Benefits
Full-time, Permanent

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be supporting customers across the region with installation, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional service.
What You Will Be Doing
- Installing, maintaining and repairing industrial food processing and weighing equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults quickly and effectively
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Working closely with technical support teams on more complex issues
- Keeping accurate service records and reports
- Advising customers on best practice equipment use and care
- Ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer (food industry experience desirable)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
