This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation at a pivotal time of expansion. They partner with Local Authorities across London, delivering a high-quality service that connects people to meaningful work while improving operational efficiency for their clients.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading, motivating and developing a team of 10 Customer/Client Service Executives, ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple client locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for Local Authority clients across London.
- Build strong, long lasting relationships and ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Attend weekly and monthly review meetings, providing clear operational insights and performance updates.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth implementation processes.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a team of approx. 10 Customer/Client Service Executives across various sites.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee sickness, absence, and annual leave management.
- Drive team engagement, professional growth and continuous service improvement.
Operational Oversight:
- Take ownership of escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor service levels, identify risks, and implement action plans to improve client satisfaction.
- Step in to ensure full coverage of accounts during staff absences.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive best practices and deliver customer success.
About you:
- Experienced in recruitment, MSP, service delivery, or account management (essential).
- Proven success in managing and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office; experience delivering or working within an MSP model is a big advantage.
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities across different client locations.
- Comfortable working on-site across London 2 days per week.
