People Operations Business Partner
Location:Â Coventry (travel to Peterborough once a week), expenses covered
Hybrid Working
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + 10% annual bonus
This role offers the opportunity to combine operational HR expertise with strategic impact, within an inclusive and ambitious culture that supports personal growth and career progression.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive  People Operations Business Partner to join a dynamic organisation in a hands-on and highly varied role. Based primarily within the contact centre, you will be the first point of contact for all People Operations matters on-site supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
From employee relations and policy guidance to driving process improvements, you will play a crucial role in ensuring people feel supported, informed and empowered. You will also partner closely with the Head of People Operations to contribute to workforce planning, culture development and organisational change projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring alignment with employment law and company values.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers to build leadership capability.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR policy.
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies that meet evolving workforce needs.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
- Analyse people data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with managers to build high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align People initiatives with business strategy.
- Support learning and development initiatives across the business.
What we are looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Broad HR generalist expertise across all core disciplines.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable and resilient.
- Able to balance operational needs with longer-term strategic initiatives.
